Shirt - H&M
Jeans - New Look
Boots* - Deichmann
I have always wanted a pair of Chelsea boots. A few years ago I ordered a pair from Topshop and sent them right back as they just weren't flattering on me. I think it's one of the hardest boot lengths to find in a style that suits your leg as it can cut you off at such an awkward angle, that's why I was so over the moon when I saw these ones from Deichmann. They are just the perfect length, so shiny and patent and have such a tough edgy look to them that will go great with so many outfits.
When Deichmann got in touch with me to tell me about a new collection they had in collaboration with the ah-mazing blogger and model Hanneli Mustaparta I was so excited to take a peek. If you are a fan of Hanneli's blog (who isn't right?) then you'll know she has such beautiful chic style (not to mention like the best hair in the world, seriously...) I couldn't wait to see what she had done with Deichmann and when I saw the final results of the collaboration I was so excited to share it with you all.
She has created a 10 piece capsule collection for the brand and there really is something for everyone. The collection consists of my Chelsea boots above, a knee high boot that is so freaking fierce, 3 funked up looking ankle boots with zips, buckles and raw soles to give any outfit an edge, a chunky shoe that would look immense with all the A-line mini skirts going around at the moment, a sparkly gold pointed toe high heel, a lace up brogue in a sort of burnt burgundy that I am in love with, a classic leather slip on shoe and a salt and pepper coloured trainer that I desperately need in my life and is next on my list from the collection.
Hanneli has managed to cover so many styles which is amazing. The prices of the collection are on par with all Deichmann's other shoes so they are super reasonable and perfect for adding to your autumn/winter wardrobes.
I am so in love with my Chelsea boots they have such a good thick sole which will be great for our crazy winters here and I think the navy stitching is such a cute touch to the black patent, it makes it feel just that little bit different. I wore mine with some jeans and my favourite new shirt but I can't wait to pair it with a super cute swing dress with my leather jacket on top too, I love pairing something really girly with a more tough shoe, I think the contrast works great.
Can we speak about my new hat for a minute too? What do you guys think of it? I have always wanted a red hat and when I saw it in the asos sale I nearly yelped, I feel like a cross between a rockstar and a circus master with it on which is always a good mix right? haha!
Hope you guys like today's outfit and I can't tell you how awesome Hanneli's collection is. You can check it out HERE and my Chelsea boots will be on there for you to buy as well.
Let me know what you think of the collection and what your fave styles are from it?
